Karma is our Dharma ~ Shanti Shala was created as a scared space for those looking to heal from trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Holistic therapies such as EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique), LifeForce Yoga, Ayurveda, and the healing roots of Yoga that include pranayama (breath work), mudras (hand positions), mantras (sound), and meditation are used in assisting in treatment of depression, anxiety, and PTSD through movement and science.

Stacey is a Yoga practitioner who has recovered from depression and anxiety through utilizing these holistic remedies. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and the gifts she has received through yoga to help others who are suffering.


She completed her yoga teacher training in Shiva Rea's Prana Vinyasa program where the embodiment of the practice is based on the roots of yoga, the art and science of movement and wellness for vitality and the deep honoring of our sacred earth.

Her passion for holistic wellness didn't stop there.  She spent years in disciplined and sacred self study in the  ancient holistic healing science of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. Seeking more adventure and a deeper connection to mother nature, she traveled to East Hamptons New York to train with SUP Yoga pioneer, Jessica Bellofatto and received her SUP Yoga teacher certification.  Stacey now owns and manages SUP Yoga Delaware and as a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider) is the only certifying SUP Yoga Teacher Trainer in the state of Delaware. She went on to complete her EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioners training and is currently completing her LifeForce Yoga practitioner training which she will incorporate in her teachings and offerings at her new studio, Shanti Shala (right next door to Right Balance Pilates), where she educates and guides students and clients in these holistic therapies to assist in the treatment of  depression, anxiety, and PTSD. 


Stacey also facilitates the wildly popular Warrior Goddess Training Yoga and Book Club which was inspired by the book by Heatherash Amara, a five to ten week course igniting, honoring, and empowering the fierce feminine energy that resides within us all.

When not in the Pilates or Yoga studio, you can find Stacey enjoying the waters of Lewes Beach with her two sons and water-loving and registered therapy dog, Hunter.
