Private Yoga

Uniting science and spirituality Stacey brings her knowledge of yoga (study of the self) and psychology (study of the mind) to every session. Reclaiming the authentic roots of yoga where pranayama (breath work), mudras (hand gestures), mantra (sound) and meditation are used to assist in the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Guiding these simple yet effective practices helps the client or student build self confidence, reinforces self regulation, provides mental clarity, balances mood, and is offered as assistance in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and PTSD. 


Ayurveda - the science of life, a five thousand year old complex and sophisticated holistic mind-body health system. It’s wisdom allows us to realize our full human potential while assisting us in staying vibrant and healthy. Stacey assists in helping you determine and understand your unique constitution and doshas and their specific needs allowing you to make optimal choices regarding diet, exercise regimen, daily routine, and lifestyle. 


EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as Tapping provides relief from chronic pain, emotional distress, disorders, addictions, phobias, and PTSD. Negative emotions are felt through a disruption of the body’s energy. Physical pain and disease are intricately connected to negative emotions. Unresolved emotional problems manifest themselves through physical symptoms.  The basic technique requires you to focus on the negative emotion at hand and while maintaining your mental focus, Stacey will guide you to use your fingertips to tap on 12 of the body’s meridian points. Tapping on these meridian points – while concentrating on accepting and resolving the negative emotion – will access your body’s energy, restoring it to a natural state of balance.


Classes will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the deep core muscles while utilizing proper breathing techniques.  Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations.  Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to tone muscles and to feel increased agility in your every day movements. 

Private sessions will allow us to work one on one with a deeper and more personalized

focus on mental, emotional, and physical needs.
